The
first thing I want to do is address Ginger’s comment about sending Jana to her
camper when she doesn’t behave. I just
want to say that it would probably easier for me to go to her camper because I
am sure she wouldn’t leave!
Jana
and I managed to get all of our errands run.
Would you believe we even went back to B&N a second time? They were supposed to have some books that
Jana wanted, but they weren’t on the truck. When we arrived at the doctor’s
officer we were told that he just left to go to the hospital to deliver a
baby. I rescheduled. After running our errands and having lunch at
Cracker Barrell we headed home. The
“girls” were glad to see us. They are
not used to us being gone so long.
The
next day Jana wrapped the Christmas presents she bought for all the dogs and
Penny. They are all going to have a nice
Christmas! Other than that we didn’t do
too much because we were tired.
Yesterday she did her laundry. I
just did some odds and ends type of chores one of which was fixing the top
shelf in my bookcase in my dining room.
Seems odd calling this my dining room because it is also my craft room
and office. I guess I should call it my
multi-purpose room. I also sorted all
the books, and even put a few of them in the box for Half Price Books. They are all some type of history book.
This
morning I wrapped all the presents I bought for the dogs and Penny. Like I said they are going to have a great
Christmas. I also did my laundry. Today was Jana’s turn to do odds and ends
chores.
I
have just about finished packing for our trip to Gatlinburg. We are leaving first thing Monday
morning. We will be taking the girls to
Companion for their visit. They will be
more spoiled when we pick them up on Saturday morning.
Later
today we plan to go to Kevin and Renea’s for supper. Then it will be early to bed and early to
rise.
We
are looking forward to our trip. Neither
of us have been there for several years.
We have a lot planned. I assume
we will come home from there just as tired as when we went to Holmes County.

Haha! You're probably right about you going to the camper instead. Have a safe and fun trip! I haven't been to Gatlinburg since our kids were little. It would be fun to go again for sure!
